We create and sell original, hand-drawn products including tumblers, mugs, stickers, blankets, and other creative goods.
All products are subject to availability.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or U.S. Dollars (USD), depending on your location.
We accept payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
3. Shipping
We ship within Canada and the United States using Canada Post Flat Rate Boxes and standard tracked shipping methods.
Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping provider delays.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the customized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, illustrations, motifs, and artworks displayed and sold by Tintenrebell are protected by international copyright laws and trademark rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission from us.
Unauthorized use of our designs, including redrawing, copying, modifying, or reselling in any form, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use of our products or website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nova Scotia.
