Returns & Refunds – Let’s Keep It Easy 🎨✨

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.

Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back – unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

➔ Important:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (like special designs or customized tumblers) are non-returnable.

  • Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive damaged or wrong items.
We’ll make it right, promise!

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
(It might take a little longer depending on your bank.)

European Union Customers:
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU law. Conditions apply: item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
