📦 How long does shipping take?

We handmake everything with love, glitter, and possibly snacks.
✨ Orders ship within 2–4 business days (unless Fred hijacks the printer again).
You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on its rebellious way.

🌍 Where do you ship from?

From our little chaos HQ in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Yes, it's cold. Yes, we love it.

We ship to Canada & the US for now – worldwide may come later if the monsters behave.

🔁 Can I return something if it doesn’t fit (or scares my neighbor)?

Absolutely. We want you to be happy!
If something doesn’t work out, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Just send us a message first – we don’t bite.

Custom orders and personalized items are excluded unless damaged.

📏 What sizes do you offer?

Most shirts & hoodies run unisex and are listed with size charts.
Not sure what fits?
Message us – we’ll help you find your comfort zone. And if in doubt: go bigger. Comfy always wins.

🖋️ Can I request a custom design?

YES. YES. A thousand doodled yesses.
If you have an idea, a dream, or a weird inside joke you want turned into a shirt, tumbler or sticker – we’re in.
Just message us and let’s make it real.

🛑 Can I use your designs for my own stuff?

Nope. Sorry, lovely human – but all our artwork is original and legally protected.
That means:

  • You can’t copy, trace, edit, or reuse it.

  • You can’t sell it, reprint it, or upload it to AI tools or marketplaces.

  • You can definitely love it, wear it, gift it, or stick it on everything you own – just don’t steal it.

Tintenrebell®, all characters (including Fred, Grimble, Victor & the gang), and our design motifs are trademarked or protected under copyright law.
We worked hard for this chaos – please respect it 💚

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

We sure do.
Leave a note at checkout and we’ll wrap it up with extra sparkle and no price tags – ready to gift.
Want us to pretend it’s from a monster? We’re professionals.

That would be Diane.
Chaos captain, doodler-in-chief, sticker whisperer and hoodie hoarder.
She lives and breathes rebellion – and draws every line by hand.
